If you have gotten your computer fixed by me, with your permission, I can remote in your computer to solve your problem. This is a reason why I do not have any complaints. And because I don’t have complaints, I can always receive new customers.
In order for me to remote:
1) Make sure to use internet explorer, not firefox, and click here
2) After you click that link, a window will pop up asking you to download a file. Click “run” The program is called “showmypc” and the file is very small, about 2 mb. It should only take 30 seconds to download
3) After the file finished downloading, you may have to click “run” one more time
4) You are now one step away for me to remote in. The window below will popup. This is the showmypc program. Click the top button “show my pc now”.
5) Once you click that button, on the right side will display a shared password, which is random password. Once you give me the random password, I can remote into your computer.
